“LIFETRITION. It is one of the very best things I have ever done for myself. Please let me tell you my story. It’s not a long one but a very blessed one. In February of this year (2014), I was diagnosed with Adenocarcinoma. I was a bit shocked and taken back by what I heard. I had let my body go. I was fat, sick and not healthy at all. One of my dear friends, Jodi Marie Ganovski, offered to help me. Let me say that it was truly her heart that made me do it. It was her compassion to love and want to help me. I had never seen and felt such love from another sister in Christ. So I knew with all my heart that God was doing this. I can tell you that this Boot Camp is beyond worth it. My blood pressure went from 148/128 to 113/72, and I have lost 40 pounds so far. I can sleep so much better, I can hardly believe it. The swelling in my ankles and wrist is ALL gone! I had three fingers with swollen knuckles with arthritis in them. That’s gone too! Yes! Gone! My hair is thicker. How do I know this? Well I can feel and see new hairs growing out. A lot of them. I want to share something else that took me by surprise. Because I honored God by taking care of my body, this temple that He gave me, He began to show me things. Reveal things. I could hear Him better. And I was floored when He gave me confirmation by sharing that same word with a perfect stranger. Imagine my surprise. So let me say this, do yourself a favor and give this a try. It will be one of the best things you can ever do. Over this past year or so I have had monthly Coaching calls with Jodi. From the first until now, I learn and laugh. We praise God and love people. She mentors me in a way that is as kind and as open as the heart that our Heavenly Father has given. To say anything less than a true blessing as to the passion this young lady has for all of God’s people would be a understatement. I have come a long way from where I once was. I have learned to love myself as God loves me. Doing it one day at a time. I am cancer free, and I love who I am. Step out of the box and into the Light and try this. You won’t be sorry!”
