28 Days of Devotion

Following are the details related to SPIRIT, SOUL, and BODY for the next 28 days.

Apply the 20-20-20 rule (approximately 20 minutes daily on each). 


SPIRIT

28 Days of Devotion

We will be reading through the Acts of the Apostles and Kindle the Fire during the month of February (the Kindle version is available on Amazon). Read the corresponding chapter with the day of the month. For example, on February 1st, read Chapter One in the Book of Acts, followed by Chapter One in Kindle the Fire.

We will discuss this online. I will also post prayers and links to various worship songs/albums throughout the month.


SOUL

What does the human soul need in any given day? Relationship! With God and with people. We need others to help us in our pursuit of wholeness.

Make a commitment to spend a minimum of 20 minutes each day connecting with a friend or family member in a special way - be transparent, vulnerable, and undistracted. 

Communicate, enjoy, laugh, cry, dream, rest, serve, work, and play ... but be intentional about it as it relates to your BURNING HEART of love.


BODY

Spend at least 20 minutes daily being good to your body! February is a time to establish new patterns and habits with fitness and nutrition.

I will post recipes, tips, tricks, and ideas on my Facebook page for you to consider as you make adjustments with diet and exercise this month. Inside and out, make a decision to eat well, live well, and be well. A healthy body and a clear mind are essential to becoming whole.
